portrait / landscape のどちらも、デバイスを縦長に持った時の横幅が適用される？

viewportの設定で

として

@media screen and (device-width: 320px) { /* portrait / }
@media screen and (device-width: 480px) { / landscape */ }

とのことmax-widthではだめみたい
